金溥聰25日接任國安會秘書長

總統府今天公布總統令，駐美大使金溥聰將於25日正式接任國安會秘書長；金溥聰遺缺將由駐英大使沈呂巡接任。國安會秘書長袁健生已准退職，應予免職。
