AFC、連續AF的差別.....

上次問過長曝的笨問題
這次又有些地方不理解了>

在選擇對焦方式，就是還有人臉對焦、23點對焦的那一欄，裡面的「連續AF」
跟選擇AFC、AFS那裡的「AFC」

它們的差別在哪裡啊.....，是說在要照一直在移動的物體時，兩個都要打開嗎?.....

最後再問個問題，AFC和AFF又分別又在哪裡呢?....
說明書的解釋太曖昧了.....
