《交通》新中橫公路坍方，全線中斷

【時報-台北電】新中橫公路指標116K處，上午9點15分發生坍方，由於持續性落石不斷，公路總局信義工務段已分別從草坪頭及塔塔加作雙端封閉管制，交通完全中斷，包括中國時報南投記者也受困深山，必須遠繞阿里山、嘉義縣及雲林縣，才能回到工作地。

據了解，該路段自去年起11月即落石不斷，路況很不穩定，信義工務段除實施夜間管制禁行，白天另派專人駐守現場，每部車要通過都必需由保全員確認安全才得以通行。

前兩天鋒面帶來雨勢，讓該處地質更不穩定，上午坍塌後，工務段已派出大量重型機械前往搶修，預定傍晚5點搶通；不過即使搶通，也因入夜不得通行，正式開放通車應該是明天的事了。（新聞來源：中時即時 沈揮勝）
