文林苑鬧劇結束了?

文林苑都更案不是鬧劇, 大法官已判定相關都更法律違憲, 是對私有財產權的非法侵犯, 是真正的大是大非, 台北市理應協助文林苑都更重新辦理才對, 只是台北市政府擺爛, 已經不考慮公義及公平, 只是想儘速結案, 否則也應讓樂揚建設吐出不當利益才對, 台北市政府當初百般配合樂揚建設拆屋, 對違憲事實卻默不吭聲, 大法官也無法打破官商勾結的結構, 這個政府已經向財團嚴重傾斜, 沒有是非只有利益, 侍強凌弱弱肉強食, 社會崩解不遠.
