中國人民銀行發出緊急通知，叫停支付寶、騰訊的虛擬信用卡產品以及條碼（二維碼）支付等面對面支付有關業務，並採取有效措施確保暫停期間平穩過渡。

陸媒報導，人行昨天發出緊急文件《中國人民銀行支付結算司關於暫停支付寶公司線下條碼（二維碼）支付等業務意見的函》指出，線下條碼和虛擬信用卡雖突破現有業務模式，但由於其客戶身份識別和訊息安全部分尚待進一步研究，因此叫停二維碼支付以及虛擬信用卡有關業務，並要求支付寶、財付通將有關產品介紹、管理制度、操作流程等情況上報。
