法國億萬富豪波洛黑在倫敦舉辦電動車租借計畫的發表會，身旁停放著小型銀白色電動車。

英國倫敦市民不僅有公共自行車可穿梭在大街小巷，未來還能和巴黎市民一樣，以公共電動汽車代步。

法國億萬富豪波洛黑推出計畫，明年倫敦街上將有100輛電動車，供民眾租借，2016年前達3000輛。

波洛黑表示，公共電動車租借計畫有助改善倫敦塞車及汙染。他的波洛黑集團2011年在巴黎設立公共租車系統。

不過許多消費者因為電動車續航力較短，行駛一定里程就得再充電，而裹足不前。但波洛黑表示，公共電動車租借計畫將於2018年前，在倫敦設置6000個充電站，目前的充電站是1400個。

每小時租車費10英鎊（約台幣506元），可用手機應用程式查找租車站，歸還時只要停在距自己最近的停車站即可。
