美ITC終判　宏達電未侵閃點專利

宏達電今（15）天發布重大訊息表示，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）宣布最終判決，判定宏達電未侵害美國閃點科技（FlashPoint Technology）專利權。這也是宏達電第二度贏得與閃點科技的專利訴訟，宏達電強調，對這最終判決感到欣慰。

宏達電在重大訊息中指出，美國國際貿易委員會是在3月14日最終判決中判定宏達電未侵害閃點科技的專利權。

宏達電也聲明，宏達電在產品創新方面，一向尊重智慧財產權，並將持續對抗這些根本沒有從事產品設計製造或提供服務的專利授權公司所提出、無憑據的專利侵權指控。
