俄稱與西方國家對烏克蘭無共同願景

美國國務卿柯瑞及俄國外長拉夫洛夫14日在英國倫敦的美國大使館，再度針對烏克蘭危機展開會談，但進展極為有限。拉夫洛夫在會後記者會中說，14日的會談讓美俄雙方更了解彼此的立場，有其用處，但烏克蘭危機並非俄國製造出來的，俄國與烏克蘭的關係也無需國際組織介入，俄國與西方國家在烏克蘭事務上並無共同的願景，且俄國尊重克里米亞人的意志及選擇。
