民進黨前主席蔡英文，今天上午10時正式宣布參選民進黨主席。

蔡英文在記者會表示，想要重回執政，就必須有扛重擔的精神，她參選黨主席，是要讓台灣人民再次相信政黨，讓人民能把希望放在民主的政黨上，這是現階段民進黨的責任。（盧麗蓮／綜合報導）
