美俄共商6小時　烏克蘭問題還是無解

美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）和俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫（Sergey Lavrov）在倫敦進行六小時會談，但無法就烏克蘭局勢達成「共同願景」。

凱瑞強調，美國不會承認克里米亞周日舉行的入俄公投，而拉夫羅夫則表示，在周日的公投舉行前，俄羅斯總統普京不會就克里米亞作出任何決定。

美國和歐盟指，克里米亞公投違反烏克蘭憲法和國際法，最快周一會對相關俄羅斯官員和商人作出制裁，但拉夫羅夫指俄羅斯會尊重公投結果，直言制裁會損害雙方關係。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
