【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】歐洲央行（ECB）總裁德拉吉周四表示，歐元升值壓抑物價，該行隨時準備在必要時採取額外措施，以防止歐元區陷入通貨緊縮的風險升高。

德拉吉在發表演說時表示，目前通貨緊縮的風險相當有限，但通膨處於低檔越久，出現通縮風險的可能性越高。因此，歐洲央行已經備妥額外的非傳統貨幣政策措施來防範這種可能性，並將在必要時，隨時採取進一步的果斷行動。

受德拉吉的談話影響，歐元兌美元及日圓大幅走貶。自從歐洲央行上周表示沒有進一步推出經濟激勵措施的必要後，歐元兌美元匯率已升至2年半高點。
