《國際產業》三星侵權案，蘋果提起反上訴

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】不出意料，蘋果周二針對與三星電子之間第一起專利訴訟案的最新裁定提起反上訴（cross-appeal）。

美國加州地方法院法官Lucy Koh上周就蘋果與三星2012年提出的專利權案做出最終裁定，蘋果周二就本案所有相關裁定提起反上訴。三星上周已就Lucy Koh法官的最新裁定提起上訴。

Lucy Koh法官的最終裁定為三星電子應支付蘋果總計9.29億美元侵權賠償，其中包括賠償金再審庭判定的2.9億美元。此外，該法官駁回蘋果要求永久禁售三星部分舊產品的聲請。

最初法院陪審團就本案裁定蘋果應獲賠10.5億美元，但因陪審團計算上的失誤而重新審理。

蘋果與三星在加州提起的第二起專利侵權案將於3月31日開庭，兩造將在Lucy Koh法官的法庭上再度交鋒。
