台東成功鎮火葬場周邊公墓區草叢，被民眾發現一堆堆疑似火化後的灰燼殘餘，竟還有人骨散布，驚恐投訴；成功鎮公所了解後坦承是管理疏失，本該掩埋的殘灰被隨意丟棄，將追究責任及加強管理。
