園區旁公然排放廢氣, 是否有毒?

請問園區二路往南接近寶山路的地方, 最近整成一片專停化學車的停車場.
不論白天或晚上, 都有化學車排放白煙狀的廢氣
不知道是否有人知道是什麼氣體? 有無毒性?
有找過新竹市環保局的人來看過, 因為不算在園區範圍, 屬於新竹縣管轄地, 所以他們無法處理
而新竹縣環保局聽說只有兩個人, 可能也沒時間管這個
找過水果日報的記者, 說是要有證據, 不然無法報導
可以讓他們隨便放的, 應該不是什麼好東西吧?
