民航業人士同意，商業商空公司已經有能力透過衛星，即時傳送目前都存放於「黑盒子」的重要技術資訊。然而，永遠都因激烈競爭而面臨削減成本壓力的航空公司，是否願意出這一步，仍是個大問題。
