美、俄外長隔空互嗆

俄、美兩國外長11日隔空互嗆。美國國務卿柯瑞對俄羅斯外長拉夫洛夫表示，俄羅斯軍隊及非正規部隊繼續生事，並將手伸進烏克蘭，均屬無可接受。拉夫洛夫回嗆指出，美國計劃對烏克蘭提供的財務援助實屬非法，且脫離美國的法律規範，因為美國政府是對一個非法的政權提供金援。他表示，「依據所有標準，對一個以非法手段取得權力的非法政權提供金援均屬非法，且脫離美國的法制架構。」
