【時報-台北電】中華民國不動產代銷商業同業公會全國聯合會創會理事長曹瑞濱表示，外界關注的預售屋炒作紅單問題，其實台北市預售屋市場已非常理性、冷靜，並無所謂炒作紅單的情形，但台北市以外的區域，就可能有炒紅單行為。未來將透過全聯會，自訂自律規範，針對會員限制其配偶、二等親以內的轉讓條件，以嚴格限制不當炒紅單行為。（新聞來源：工商即時 蔡惠芳）
