林永樂說邦交關係空洞化確實是警訊

立委蕭美琴透露，國安局送交立法院的業務報告指出，台灣與邦交國的關係面臨空洞化危機。外交部長林永樂今天在立法院表示，邦交國關係空洞化確實是非常重要的警訊，外交部會持續注意與邦交國的雙邊關係，持續加強和推動合作計畫，鞏固並深化邦誼。
