　　由銀川聖地國際在 10/2 ~ 10/5 於銀川主辦的「 2014 世界電子遊戲競技大賽（ World Cyber Arena，WCA ）」，因傳承於世界級大賽 WCG（ World Cyber Games ） 的名號，自宣傳初期即備受各方關注。加入手機與網頁遊戲為競賽項目曾引發議論，但以近億總獎金為號召的七款遊戲賽事，仍聚集起世界各地玩家的目光。

　　「WCA 2014 世界電子遊戲競技大賽」，創立於 2014 年，是一項全球性的電子遊戲競技賽事，該項賽事由銀川市政府、銀川聖地國際遊戲投資有限公司經營，以「英雄的競技場，玩家的尋夢地（ Hero's Arena, Player's Dreamland ）」為口號，將電腦、手機、網頁遊戲作為比賽項目，通過舉辦國際性電競大賽、組織電競選手培訓、設立優秀選手個人工作室等形式，致力於推動電子競技賽事、電子競技產業的蓬勃發展。
