西班牙：加泰隆尼亞不會公投

（中央社馬德里2014年9月17日綜合外電報導）西班牙政府今天表示，加泰隆尼亞自治區（Catalonia）不得舉行獨立公投。稍早之前，這個自治區主席馬斯（Artur Mas）宣告，11月9日為公投日。

西班牙副總理桑塔馬利亞（Soraya Saenz deSantamaria）在馬斯的宣告之後不久召開記者會指出，沒有人能「凌駕在全體西班牙人民所形成的國家意志之上，這種公投違憲，因此不會舉行」。
