網路連線問題

各位大大，我家網路HUB從3f接下來1f及2f，網路線皆未超過100M，但是右下角連線的網路圖示會顯示驚嘆號(有限的或沒有連線能力)，搜尋不到ｉｐ位置,沒辦法連線.
我試著把link speed/duplex mode的設定值選１０Ｍｂｐｓ／ｆｕｌｌ　ｄｕｐｌｅｘ，就可以連上網了,有什麼辦法不要調低這個,(預設是１００Ｍｂｐｓ／ｆｕｌｌ　ｄｕｐｌｅｘ)，這算是線路太長導致訊號減弱嗎？　
電腦搬到３Ｆ去接網路是沒問題的，不用改設定，但是如果搬到１Ｆ或２Ｆ接要改設定值，有用新電腦測試過，都是一樣的問題(應該不是網路卡有問題)，但用筆電１’２’３ｆ都沒問題可以上網．
