台企銀股出售案擬暫緩

財政部政務次長吳當傑昨（19）日表示，國票金董事長魏啟林曾到財政部找他，表達想買兆豐金手中台企銀持股，他已當面明確表示，財政部不希望製造第二大股東。

對於國票金仍執意向金管會申請併購投資台企銀，吳當傑強調，雙方並無「合意」的基礎。

國票金未跟台企銀大股東取得共識情況下，就向金管會送件申請併購投資台企銀25%股權，被視為非合意併購行動，財政部也立即協調金管會暫緩兆豐金出售台企銀持股案。

國票金昨天對此喊冤說，身為國內唯一沒有銀行的金控，內部一直尋求併購機會，向金管會提出申請，只是探詢是否有機會參與台企銀股權標售，若兆豐金暫緩釋股，國票金也將另作打算。

國票金並強調，出發點立意良善，並無任何「敵意」。吳當傑說，對於國票金的說法只能尊重，但財政部的態度也相當堅定。他說，金融機構合併需要合意，國票金想投資台企銀，應該先跟台企銀大股東取得合意，但目前的狀況是「非合意」。

國票金強調，併購台企銀一案只在尋求資格的初步階段，遞件申請是洽金管會意見、拿張門票，未來要怎麼推動併購須從長計議。
