標題[討論] 年薪計算

常常看公司制度會寫 年薪14個月 好像很多都是包含3節在裡面 可是3節常常都是照到職比例在發的 所以總結起來年薪也沒14個月 實際上只領了13.5個月~ 但制度上又寫年薪14個月 面試時還說有績效獎金結果也是一毛都沒拿過 (其實內心是感覺hr在劃餅) 想請問各位的公司也是這樣來算的嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.161.203.30 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1409980458.A.C65.html
