台股本周籠罩在空方消息中，中小型股連番重挫，造成投資人信心動搖，但三大法人早已低調布局下半年營運展望佳的強勢股，聯手買超包括緯創、玉山金及富邦金等15檔明日之星。

干擾台股行情近一個月的基亞，昨（22）日終於擺脫連續跌停，以爆量鎖漲停之姿大舉削弱空頭勢力，台股重拾逾百點漲勢，並見外資大舉回補，買超百億元。

觀察單日買超資金流向，類股中僅有生技股是外資站在賣超，其餘類股全部回補加碼，尤其在電子股買超金額達64億元，占整體買超四成左右，顯見外資對於近期陷入跌勢的電子股，又開始回頭撿便宜，特別是下半年營運強勁的個股最受青睞。～經濟日報2014年 8月23日頭版頭條
