經過台中總部面試，越南西寧寶宏某位副協理skype面試。昨日收到總部人資主管 電話詢問我的意願，告知了薪資級距，大概是底薪33K，外派加給34K，還有一個忘記 什麼名目(好像是西寧比較遠的關係)再多5K，年度看部門與廠的績效才知道是否會有獎金。 初步了解寶宏好像主要是NB跟Crocs這兩個品牌為主，也有查詢到這個廠區 很操，被丟下去馬上就要上線，陣亡率不低。是否有熟悉寶宏的人士，能夠提供一些 工作上與廠區生活上的相關資訊呢？ 目前總部人資告知9/24有一批，希望我這時間能到職，如果薪資跟時間都OK，就會 發正式Offer給我。但我目前任職單位在10初於世貿有參展，且10月中也要帶客戶一同 出差印尼。是還滿想把手邊這兩個專案工作到一段落才離職，但又怕人資單位或是廠區 副協理不能等那麼久。另外想請教底薪部分是否太低了？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.235.197.107 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1408124541.A.141.html
