急!! 家裡的平板和手機突然要求SIM密碼!!

家裡有一台samsung的平板跟Asus的手機, 兩台同時要求輸入PIN密碼!!(在之前都沒設手機螢幕鎖)
試過SIM卡的密碼不行,所以應該是要輸入手機的密碼鎖,但試過0000 跟1234都沒用
PS:這兩台登入的是同一個GOOGLE帳號

文章更正:一開始沒看清楚手機上的字,是兩台裝置突然要求PIN碼

附上SAMSUNG平板要求輸入PIN的圖(不論有沒有插SIM卡都這樣),另外ASUS手機也是一樣的圖,要求輸入PIN.我就沒有PO了
