吳敦義誇謝任移民署長「立功」

副總統吳敦義昨天上午出席「2014台灣競爭力高峰會」致詞，細數馬政府政績的同時，不忘拉抬國民黨基隆市長參選人謝立功。

吳敦義說，謝擔任移民署長期間，美國務院考評全世界人口販運、販毒和走私，做為給予免簽的重要參考，台灣連幾年都得到第一級成績，這也是美國給台灣免簽的重要原因，「為什麼大家都高度肯定謝立功，他做移民署長，很了不起」。

吳敦義表示，一個國家要給任何國家免簽，是很謹慎的，尤其是美國、歐洲，美國至今開放38個國家免簽，中華民國是第37國。他還說，總統陳水扁任期中僅有54國免簽，不增不減，但馬政府上任至今已達140個國家，台灣民眾想去旅遊、遊學的國家，98%都涵蓋在免簽裡。
