新屋：蓋好都是要轉個幾手，賺個幾輪再由自住客接棒，台灣房奴債務承擔意願驚人，撐得住的

題材：

有錢就用建設炒，新光篰子重劃區單元123，東74北環中西重劃，BRT、MRT、潭子遷移區公所，鐵道高架車站雙面化

沒錢就用合併、變更行政區、遷移區公所、改路名方式

只要地價能上漲，能做的都要做

以前台中房子沒那麼多，不會貴；現在房子越蓋越多，卻越來越貴!

反正大家都會買單，房地產佔GDP比率繼續衝，原本用來投資實業的資本，都來房地產~

大學錄取率近100%，未來主力生產階級都是大學生，未來無限阿
