不爽顏清標出獄 PO文「亂砍」被訴

中市廖男6月初，上網看到前立委顏清標提前假釋出獄的新聞，十分不悅，他上網po文「國民黨爛成這個芭樂樣了，如果還有那個縣市長讓他們當選，那表示那個縣市就沒救了，到時我就搖旗到那個縣市去瘋狂亂砍」，台中地檢署昨依恐嚇公眾罪將他起訴。

檢察官審酌，廖男（37歲）犯後坦承犯行，且只因一時情緒激憤才刊載文章，並未付諸行動，也未造成任何人傷亡，請法官量處適當刑度。

起訴書指出，6月7日下午廖男在北屯區北屯里守望相助隊，以手機連結上網看到有關前立委顏清標提前假釋出獄的新聞事件，他為發洩心中不滿，在新聞下方發表言論，被台中市警局移送偵辦。
