拉斯穆森：北約已準備支援烏克蘭

法新社報導，應邀赴烏克蘭的北約秘書長拉斯穆森7日誓言，面對俄羅斯「侵略」，北約定會支持烏克蘭。拉斯穆森同時呼籲俄國將新集結於俄烏邊界的「備戰」部隊撤離。

拉斯穆森說，北約已準備派遣顧問和提供其他協助，支援烏克蘭。
