飛利浦 HTB3510家庭劇院問題

小弟我前天購入一台HTB3510的家庭劇院
我發現三個問題點...
第一:我發現這台劇院使用一段時間後主機會大概有40~50的溫度，我用手摸是可以感受到溫度的
但是有看一下主機後方的風扇都沒有啟動...正常是一直啟動嗎??
還是溫度到達機器設定值才會啟動??

第二:小弟我使用自己的讀卡機+Micro SD卡插入主機想撥放MP3...
但是都無法讀取。
唯一使用家裡的MP3直接插主機他讀的到資料
為何使用讀卡機+Micro SD卡會讀不到??
這是正常情況嗎??

第三:小弟我家電視有支援HDMI ARC功能，這台家庭劇院也有支援
我有去買HDMI 1.4支援雙向ARC功能的線材
但是裝上去之後還是沒有聲音，有打趣飛利浦問他說HDMI有可能不能百分之百支援電視...
請問機器上面設定有甚麼不一樣呢??
後來小弟我放棄了直接改用光纖輸入音效

以上三個問題麻煩各位有遇過的可以幫忙解答
