民航局長：7:10給氣候特報　7:06飛機已消失

復興航空墜毀原因，目前外界猜測全是氣候因素，民航局長沈綺透露，塔台在7點10分的時候有給機長一份氣候「特報」，但可惜飛機早在7點6分消失在雷達上。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，沈啟表示依照規定，塔台在整點、半點時，都會提供氣象觀測資料，給飛行員判讀。在復興航空墜毀當天，雖然塔台許可復興航空起降，但後來7點天氣有變化，管制員在7點10分便提供資料通知機長，但飛機早在7點6分消失在雷達上。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
