劉姓男子（40歲）今年4月21日下午5時許，牽愛犬到桃園縣蘆竹鄉忠孝西路附近遛狗，巧遇劉姓女子帶著自家的狗，2狗互咬，狗主人發生口角，劉男脫口罵了一句「肖雜某！」劉女憤而提告；劉男到案否認罵人，並稱忘記說過什麼話，但因李姓民眾指証聽到劉男罵人，桃園地檢署今依妨害名譽將劉男聲請簡判。（張沛森／桃園報導）
