電腦想要直接升級，預算4k

組了4年的電腦主機板宣告不治，原本是想購入主機板就好，但後來想想這台也4年了，直接換個新架構吧

目前手邊有以下可留用組件：

CPU：AMD AM3 AthlonII X3-435 (將會淘汰
RAM:金士頓DDR3 1600 2g*2
硬碟：Intel ssd 80g + HDD*2
顯卡：精英Elitegroup N9800GT 1G DDR3
電供：Xigmatek X-Calibre 400W
音卡：莫邪2010

想請益版上的先進們
預算大約4k上下，想要更換CPU+MB的組合
目前需求大概就上網..聽音樂..文書處裡..3Dgame(最近只有回鍋新瑪奇)
然後希望有支援U3S3(因為有SSD跟U3隨身碟在用...

目前自己是有一些想法
1.APU (a6 a8系列?) + MB +(9800淘汰)
2.AMD (x4 740?) + MB +(9800留用)
3.Intel (g3420?) + MB +(9800淘汰)
3.Intel (G1820?) + MB +(9800留用)
