老師自稱警察借警用重機上北宜

從事教職的王姓男子騎警用重機車上北宜公路，還穿了整套的警察制服，被民眾檢舉。

新北市從事教職的王姓男子，今年4月起，多次向熟識的新店分局交通分隊員警借警用重型機車，騎上北宜公路，還穿全套的警察制服。有民眾昨天向新店分局檢舉，督察組調查，王男因之前在重機訓練場訓練，結識交通分隊施姓小隊長，王向施自稱是警察。

今年4月和6月間，施姓小隊長騎警用重機到北宜公路，王男以想練習技術為由，請施姓小隊長載他。6月21、22日，他則借用施的警用重機，自行騎上北宜公路。

王男昨天坦承他自稱是警察，且全身警用裝備包括衣褲、外套、馬靴等都是自己買的。新店分局督察組長鍾志明今天表示，王男觸犯「冒充公務員服章官銜罪」，已將他函送法辦，施姓小隊長則記兩小過處分。
