Mac OSX 10.9.4 下載失敗無法重灌..... 求助!

昨天想要把macbook air 重灌乾淨版本，因為是新手先前亂裝很多東西.....想說要重新整理一下。
有在版上找到教學可以利用usb做重灌
但是在下載OS X Mavericks時，會卡住之後就出現了...
"OS X Mavericks下載失敗，使用購買項目頁面來重試一次"

有上網找了一下，有利用更改DNS、重新下載後進入launchpad把程式刪掉後自重新下載....依然行不通!

想要請問一下，有另外的地方可以提供下載嗎?

還有像是蘋果的經銷商(店面)例如:德誼、Studio A等等 會幫忙安裝作業系統嗎? 我是在官網上面購買的....

還是有住在高雄的前輩們可以幫忙小弟這位新手.......
