LINE揪團開轟趴賣毒判6年

林姓男子去年透過通訊軟體LINE，邀約男同志在飯店舉辦性愛轟趴並販賣毒品，警方獲報衝入飯店逮捕17名脫光光的男子。最高法院依媒介性交圖利罪及違反毒品危害防制條例的販賣毒品罪，判決林6年徒刑，全案定讞。

判決指出，林姓男子去年5月透過智慧型手機軟體LINE揪團，邀男同志參加性愛轟趴，林事先以2880元在宜蘭預定一間商務飯店房間，並以2000元準備保險套、潤滑劑等物，以每人收費300到500元入場費，邀約互不認識的男同志參加性愛轟趴。

林還以搖頭丸每顆400元、K他命每包500元，賣給參加性愛趴的同志。警方接獲線報，凌晨衝入飯店房間，竟都是脫光光的男同志交歡，現場查獲第二、三級毒品。

林否認辦性愛趴營利，但法院認定，林大學畢業，正值青壯不思正途，藉舉辦性愛轟趴收取入場費，媒介性交營利。
