LOL連進去後馬上因為太久沒移動而被系統自動退出

最近打LOL時有時候在讀取畫面要到100%時總是要5分鐘左右甚至10分鐘
然後終於跑到100%了就遊戲崩潰崩潰之後重新連線
一連進去就跑出"重新連線中" 跑出後幾秒就顯示我太久沒移動英雄所以要自動退出遊戲

真的快受不了了這到底要怎麼處理求解
