愛吃胚芽糙米的本人在看過「阿基師 偷呷步_5分鐘煮出綿密稀飯 – YouTube」這影片之後就試著煮了一杯胚芽米稀飯，


但是卻難吃的完全讓本人吃不下去，但是後來試著使用本人老媽愛吃的蓬萊米使用阿基師的良方煮稀飯之後，


沒想到所煮出來的稀飯讓本人對蓬萊米並不怎麼好吃的反感完全改觀了。
