台北市建國北路高架橋下停車場兩個月來發生多起竊案，歹徒打破車窗、竊取車內財物；警方比對監視器畫面，鎖定一名戴白色便帽、稍有年紀的嫌疑人。中山分局警方昨天在建國北路2段埋伏，逮捕陳姓竊嫌（65歲），偵訊後依竊盜罪將他移送法辦。

警方指出，陳以螺絲起子破壞車窗，再偷走車內的現金、行車紀錄器和3C產品，得手後拿到萬華地區銷贓。陳自認為高架橋下監視器較少，被拍下影像的機率較低，但仍被錄下身形。目前已報案的被害人有9人。
