女返家遭「撿屍」男判3年半

中壢市一名粉領族和友人餐敘，返家後醉倒在住家大樓停車場，遭陳姓毒犯「撿屍」至旅館，連續以假陽具、跳蛋、生殖器三度性侵，最高法院依乘機性交罪判陳3年半徒刑，全案確定。

判決指出，2012年7月25日，20多歲的被害人先和朋友在中壢市一家熱炒店吃飯，接著到卡拉OK店續攤，狂歡結束已是隔天凌晨。已有醉意的被害人搭計程車返家，抵達住處大樓地下停車場，因酒精發作無法行走，癱軟坐在地下室斜坡入口處，私人物品散落一地。

這時陳男駕車到該處找女友，見被害人頗具姿色，心生淫念，將她扛上車，載往中壢一家摩鐵開房間。

陳男拿出跳蛋、假陽具等情趣用品，仿照A片情節猥褻被害人並性侵得逞。
