房市淡　新推案縮手

房市真的變淡了嗎？新推案有縮手趨勢！新北市下新莊區域自捷運丹鳳迴龍站通車，帶動房市，當地指標大案「君泰｣，去年下半年推出第1期，第1期的基地旁的第2期「君泰II｣，卻傳出可能暫緩推案的消息。

由於政府打房，「君泰｣的專案副理謝舒超表示，由於近期房市狀況不佳，「君泰II｣暫時不會公開，目前「君泰｣銷售約7成，至少要銷售達9成以上，才開始推「君泰II｣，甚至，不排除先建後售的可能。

謝舒超指出，「君泰｣每坪開價40~52萬元，成交價約40萬元上下，目前周來客約30組，相對變少，未來「君泰II｣的開價，至少每坪43~55萬元，預計規劃46、48、52、54坪，總戶數至少約300戶。
