在2014年世界盃足球賽被賦予眾望的地主巴西球星Neymar，在小組賽最後一役獨進兩球，率隊4：1踢翻喀麥隆，證明大家沒有看走眼。

「這是我們最棒的一場比賽。」Neymar說：「不只是因為結果，還有我們在比賽中的過程。」

「我們照計畫壓迫對手，贏球是我們應得的，球隊裡的每個人都做出貢獻，值得這份榮耀。」Neymar說。

Neymar在第17、35分鐘各攻進一球，點燃球隊火力，「我有責任幫助我的隊友們，其實我們全部人的表現都很好，這是我們需要的一場勝仗。」他說。

不只Neymar火力全開，積極搶攻的Fred、Fernandinho也都有進球貢獻，巴西主帥Luiz Felipe表示：「我喜歡今天球隊的踢球方式。」

「球隊總會遇到高低潮，但我認為我們已經進步了一些。」Felipe說。

搶下A組第一名的巴西在十六強的對手將是B組第二名的智利，該役將於29日凌晨0點舉行。
