【時報-台北電】備受矚目的「臺北市信義區信義段三小段6地號（A25）市有土地設定地上權案」今天早上開出資格標和價格標，開標結果，由富邦人壽保險公司以投標權利金172億8,800萬元得標。

不過距離權利金底價172.8億元，僅僅「低空」略過800萬元。市場人士認為：從出價來看，投資人並非顯示出企圖滿滿的決心；不過，能順利標售也是好事。(新聞來源：工商即時 蔡惠芳)
