美國富豪羅斯：主權債務是下一個終極泡沫

《CNBC》報導，美國億萬富翁投資人羅斯 (Wilbur Ross) 周一 (23日) 發出警告，目前正醞釀中的主權債務泡沫，將在未來幾年內爆破。

羅斯向 CNBC 表示：「我覺得主權債務將成為下一個終極泡沫，包括美國及其他國家，因為現行利率遠遠低於過去利率的平均數。我們來回顧美國 10 年期公債殖利率過去 10 年間的平均表現，大約 4%。如果利率某天反轉走高至這個水準，長期公債市場將承受可怕的損失，對於其他領域的固定收入資產來說，影響特別大。」

羅斯近期賣出其手上所有愛爾蘭銀行之持股，並將資金轉投入希臘與英國的 Virgin Money。

他在 2008 年時，以每股 10 美分的價格買進愛爾蘭銀行股票，本月稍早以 26-27.5 美分的價格賣出。他表示「這項投資部位在我們的投資組合中變的太大了，我們開始買進的時候就已建立了相當大的部位。」
