男愛美劫殺女運將　檢方偵結依殺人罪起訴

今年2月26日嘉義縣發生一起女計程車司機，遭到蕭姓嫌犯強盜殺人，蕭嫌坦承缺錢、繳不出房租而預謀犯案。嘉義地檢署24日偵結，並依強盜殺人罪嫌將蕭嫌提起公訴。

蕭嫌因愛打扮，把打零工賺到的前都拿去治裝或是拉K、玩線上遊戲等，最後因繳不出房租而下手犯案。賴姓女運將原在嘉義火車站排班，案發當天凌晨1時載到蕭嫌，蕭嫌告訴賴女要到嘉義縣監理所，沒想到抵達目的地後，男子竟拿出水果刀朝賴女的胸部、頸部各刺多刀。

賴女被民眾發現送醫時，就已失血過多陷入昏迷，經12天搶救，賴女出現多重器官衰竭情況，3月10日上午11點半左右，家屬決定放棄急救，希望留賴女最後一口氣回家而辦理出院，最後宣告不治。

警方後來調閱監視錄影器追查到嫌犯，他坦承因為缺錢花用而預謀犯案，當時只想搶奪財物而已，不料卻因對方反抗而一時心急，才會刺傷女運將。嘉義地檢署今(24)日偵結，並依強盜殺人罪嫌將蕭嫌提起公訴。
