想把C200換成E200的建議？

小弟的2010年底W204 C200 CGI目前里程數已快6萬KM了，最近看到原廠傳來的E-CLASS促銷訊息，150萬60期零利率，蠻心動的~不曉得如果把目前的車子賣掉的話，再用這方案來購入E200 CLASSIC(牌價249萬)的話，是否合適？
幾個問題想請教大家，以我車目前的狀況(沒有任何事故及違規)，大概目前的中古行情如何？
若真要出售的話，是賣給中古車行？還是原廠較好？(本來是想直接交給原廠辦到好的)
最後就是目前這個零利率方案，以上述方式的話，不曉得能有什麼樣的優惠~
