不鏽鋼食具別裝酸的…小心重金屬溶出

不鏽鋼食具可能溶出重金屬引起人心惶惶，但行政院消保處提醒消費者，只要把握幾項重點來選購不鏽鋼食具，就可以確保安全，不必過度恐慌。

行政院消保處消保官王德明建議民眾購買時，選擇具有完整標示「規範」及「鋼種」的不鏽鋼食具，也要注意商品標示、材質檢驗、檢驗報告，在產地部分，最好選購台灣所製的國貨。

王德明說，民眾清洗不鏽鋼食品容器時，先用中性食品洗潔劑，待中性洗潔劑沖乾淨後，再裝8至9分滿的熱水再沖洗兩次，若不鏽鋼食具容器已銹蝕或有小刮痕，就不要繼續使用。

不鏽鋼食具也不能每樣都食物都能裝，王德明表示，不鏽鋼千萬不能拿來裝檸檬等酸性食物，也不要裝糖醋排骨、酸性醬料、鹽漬食物等，以免溶出重金屬危害身體健康。
