不該被指責！范佩西挺魯尼

在哥斯大黎加爆冷晉級後，同組的英格蘭也確定將打包回家，這也讓陣中球星魯尼(Wayne Rooney)，再度成為各界砲轟的對象，對此，與魯尼一同效力曼聯的荷蘭球星范佩西(Robin Van Persie)也不忘跳出來為隊友護航，並讚魯尼仍是世界級球星。

前兩屆世界盃皆無進球紀錄的英格蘭球星魯尼，雖然在日前總算打破了「0進球」的窘境，但球隊卻是接連敗給義大利和烏拉圭，加上21日哥斯大黎加再度爆冷擊敗義大利，也宣告了英格蘭本屆世足賽之旅將提前打包的命運。

而魯尼也在球隊確定遭到淘汰後，再度成為眾矢之的，對此，荷蘭球星范佩西也不忘跳出來為曼聯隊友擋槍，「我不覺得他該被指責，畢竟他已經進球了，魯尼是個優秀的球員，同時也是我加入曼聯的原因。」

魯尼在今年的巴西世界盃中仍是飽受爭議，包括意外惹出前隊友嗆他「巔峰期已過」的風波，以及被球隊安排在邊路的角色，都引發各界高度討論。

對此，范佩西也說道，「如果你好好看看他的表現，就我看到和聽到的都很好，他做為左邊鋒，還在與義大利的比賽中送出助攻，他的表現就像我知道的一樣好。」
