最近4G很夯
有個部份我想問一下

假如我使用5GB的量可是不小心超過5GB網路會限速128K(2G速度)

可是我的1520 能用3G&4G 假如4G沒訊號應該可以使用3G的速度吧還是只能128K

還是在技術上是不可行的?
